How it works

Collection day does the scheduling.

Clean Bear works behind your normal garbage route. Once the carts are empty, leave them accessible and we handle the cleaning.

  1. 01

    Step 1

    Choose your service

Select a one time cleaning or a prepaid package.

  2. 02

    Step 2

    Tell us about your route

Share your address, normal collection day, provider if known, and number of bins.

  3. 03

    Step 3

    Leave the bins out

After your regular garbage company empties the carts, leave them accessible for Clean Bear.

  4. 04

    Step 4

    We handle the dirty work

We service the bins and return them neatly when the cleaning is complete.

On service day

Keep the handoff easy.

You can be away

No one needs to be home when the emptied carts are accessible in the confirmed location.

Leave access clear

Keep the carts reachable after collection and make sure vehicles, gates, or other obstacles are not in the way.

Tell us about delays

If garbage collection runs late, contact Clean Bear so we can review the route before arriving.

Operating seasonMar 01throughNov 30

Built around Minnesota

Winter pauses the route. Not your remaining cleanings.

Residential cleaning stops during December, January, and February because freezing temperatures are not compatible with the service.

Any remaining eligible cleanings in a prepaid package continue when seasonal operations resume. No residential bin cleaning is scheduled during the winter shutdown.
