When you request service, join the route list, or send a message, Clean Bear Wash Co. may collect the information you provide, including your name, address, city, ZIP code, phone number, email address, collection details, bin counts, selected package, communication preference, and notes.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review route availability, respond to questions, plan service, confirm appointments, and manage requested cleaning packages. We do not use a submitted address to claim service is available before it has been reviewed.
How information is stored
Website form submissions are stored through the website service so Clean Bear can review and respond to them. An email delivery provider also processes the submitted information to notify Clean Bear of a new request. Reasonable steps are taken to limit access to business use. This website does not currently collect payment card information.
Sharing
Clean Bear does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only when needed to operate the website, process approved payments, communicate with customers, or meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask to correct or remove information submitted through the site by using the contact form or emailing cleanbearwashco@gmail.com.

This policy may be updated as Clean Bear connects its final payment processor, communication tools, and public contact information. The effective date above will change when a material update is published.
