Submitting a form through this website is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment. Clean Bear Wash Co. must verify the address, active route, collection timing, cart eligibility, and requested package before service is confirmed.
Prices and payment
Displayed prices are before applicable sales tax. Payment is not currently collected through this website. Approved customers will receive the secure payment step and any final purchase terms before being charged.
Cart access
Carts must be emptied and accessible following regular collection. Clean Bear does not remove household garbage. A cart that cannot be safely handled or cleaned without risking further damage may be ineligible for service.
Seasonal operations
Residential bin cleaning operates approximately March 1 through November 30 and shuts down during December, January, and February because of freezing temperatures. Remaining eligible prepaid cleanings continue when seasonal operations resume.
Route and weather changes
Collection delays, severe weather, equipment conditions, or route changes may affect timing. Clean Bear will communicate the available next step when a confirmed service is affected.
Final policies
If additional cancellation, refund, or payment processor terms become necessary, customers will be able to review them before purchasing service.
